Farmhouse Manchego Cheese

We get this classic Spanish raw sheep’s milk, animal rennet cheese from our favorite farmhouse producer, who’s using state-of-the-art methods to produce a cheese with very traditional full flavor, aged six months.

Queso de Vare

One of our all-time favorite Spanish cheeses back from a long hiatus! Made from Murcian goat’s milk and traditional animal rennet in a perfect family or party size 1 pound wheel. Mellow goat milk flavor with a cheddar-y tang.

Palacios Chorizo Pork Sausage

This is the most traditional Spanish Chorizo available in the U.S., seasoned liberally with either sweet or spicy smoked Spanish paprika. Ready to slice and eat as is, it’s equally tasty in your favorite Spanish recipes!

Jamon Iberico de Bellota

Even Italians will admit: This acorn-fed, dry-cured Iberian Ham is the best ham in all of Europe. Hand-sliced to order, try an ounce or two today and see what all of the fuss is about!

Artisanal Bonito del Norte Tuna

Excellent, conveniently sized and versatile albacore tuna from our friends at Ortiz. Packed in neutral oil for a clean tuna flavor and rich, meaty texture. Buy two and get a free ortiz tote bag!

Abbae de Queilles Olive Oil

Arbequina olives are grown on a beautiful, 100% organic estate near the Ebro river, resulting in a smooth, silky and rich flavor that reflects the delicacy of their growing conditions and the expert skill of the producers. From Hacienda Queilles, near Tudella in Navarra, Spain.

Masia el Altet New Blend Olive Oil

“Absolutely fantastic”… “super silky”… “great long, long lasting finish.”… This new blend from the south eastern coast of Spain, near Murcia, has a lot of personality, with big flavors and a resoundingly peppery finish.

Naturvie Cornezuela Olive Oil

Our only olive oil made solely from cornezuelo olives, known for their distinctive fruity, green flavors, with notes of apple, almond and tomato and slightly spicy finish that is balanced by sweetness and astringency. Produced near the town of Badajoz, in western Spain, near the Portuguese border.

Sanchez Romate Vinegar

Over twenty five years of aging in oak barrels gives this sherry vinegar a sweet, soft flavor. Add a few drops to creamy tomato soup. Drizzle a bit in a cold summer gazpacho. Drop a dash on a salad of ripe, sweet, summer tomatoes. Mix it into a classic cocktail sauce and stand back for the fireworks. It makes good food extraordinary.
