Alan McClure of Patric Chocolate is one of a handful of American bean-to-bar chocolate makers changing the way we think about chocolate in this country! His small-batch chocolate bars, crafted in Columbia, MO, are big, bold and extremely complex. In addition to the Malagasy and Venezuelan chocolates we already know and love, Alan has been working hard on a couple of new things (hush hush!) His new chocolates will make their Zingerman’s debut before your very eyes this night, and you will be the first folks in the country to taste and judge his latest choco-efforts!
